The editors

Prof. Dr. Martin Kupiek

Martin Kupiek is an independent management consultant and lecturer. He holds a Master of Science in Economic and Social Sciences from TU Dortmund, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Vermont, USA, and a PhD. As a member of the Fulbright Alumni network in Germany, he currently holds a professorship in management at Kutaisi International University (KIU) in Georgia. His research interests focus on strategic management, organizational theory and culture, and dynamic management concepts for organizational change, incorporating the emotions of individuals and groups as driving forces for transformation. With 30 years of professional and academic experience, he offers practical and theory-based consulting services to medium and large companies as well as international corporations.

Bettina Marcinkowski

Bettina Marcinkowski earned her Master’s degree (M.A.) in American History, Literature, and Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. As part of the Erasmus program, she studied Literary History at the French University of Orléans. Since the beginning of her career, she has held leadership positions in Human Resources at various international companies. Her extensive global experience includes managing HR projects across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. As a business coach, she supports women in their career transitions and professional development. In addition to her role as HR Director at Munich International School in Starnberg, she teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Kutaisi International University in Georgia, focusing on Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Fundamentals of Business Administration. Her research interests include recruitment strategies, employee retention, diversity & inclusion, leadership styles, and emerging work environments.

Dr. Rupert A. Brandmeier

Rupert A. Brandmeier studied Economics, English Studies, and Archaeology. He has over 30 years of experience in international corporations, the public sector, and academia. His main management interests include marketing, operations management, digitalization, corporate strategy, and globalization. His current research projects focus on the future of work, dynamic change management in organizations, and the integration of cultural heritage into modern tourism concepts. Beyond his teaching and research activities, he has a strong interest in archaeology, culture, and history.

Christian Toulali

Christian Toulali, M.A., is a Senior Consultant at the Federal Employment Agency and holds a master’s degree in Philosophy, Comparative Literature, and Modern German Literature. He also possesses a commercial pilot’s license with instrument flight certification and completed a three-year training as a classical singer under Michael Paumgarten in Austria. For over 10 years, he has worked as a business consultant and behavioral and communication trainer, specializing in personnel development for national and international companies as well as educational institutions in Austria. His expertise includes leadership, conflict management, team building, and presentation training. Prior to this, he spent 14 years as an actor in theater, television, and film productions, both nationally and internationally. Christian began his acting career as an assistant to renowned theater and opera director George Tabori at the Munich Residenztheater (1991–1993). He also gained extensive experience in the cultural sector as a cultural worker.

Ingrid Toulali

Ingrid Toulali completed her studies in History with a focus on Economic and Business History, Modern History, and the History of Natural Sciences at the Alpen-Adria University in Klagenfurt. Her research projects included topics such as “The Congress of Vienna,” “The Franciscan Cadastre,” “The End of the Mining Era in the Vormärz Period,” and “Auer von Welsbach – Discoverer of Neutron Activation?” Her achievements have been recognized with awards such as the Auer von Welsbach Scholarship and the Carinthian History Society Prize. With extensive knowledge of business and financial topics, she specializes in digital revenue management and commitment consulting. Her professional experience spans holistic revenue optimization, strategic customer orientation, and market analysis of digital trends.
